Registration Form and Payment Options
                        







Please read through policies before you register. Returning students do not need to fill out registration form again. You just need to make payment and email us at lascauxacademy@gmail.com for class / camp / sessions you'd like to enroll (and any new contact information, if any). Thank you.

It only takes two steps to make reservation:

Step 1) Please make payment   (reservation is based on payment received)

Step 2) Please email us registration information below (you may copy and paste questions on the email, red fonts are must answered questions, thank you):
