Pick-up   Please sign out when picking up your child(ren). Please pick up your child(ren) inside the school, and do not ask your child(ren) to go outside of the school to your car for safety reasons. If anyone else other than the child(ren)'s parents or guardian is picking up your child(ren), a written agreement with signatures of children's parent or legal guardian is required.

Drop-in and clean up   We give priority to students who enroll in the whole week. Drop-in students might lose spots when camps get full. Usually it takes 10 to 15 minutes to clean up before class ends.

Make-up : No missed camp can be refunded or made up.

Auditing and orientation: Our camp is not open for auditing to avoid disrupting the class. Students and parents usually understand our programs more through a free orientation rather than auditing. We encourage parents to let children stay in the class alone to encourage their independence.

Notice of non-discriminatory policy: The owner, instructors, staff and contractors of Lascaux Academy do not discriminate against any individual based on race, gender or nationality regarding admission, student rights, or any faculty and/or staff-related issues. However, the owner, instructors, staff and contractors of Lascaux Academy reserve the rights to refuse to serve any rude, uncooperative, and/or disruptive customer, and/or customers that are unwilling to abide by our class policies and terms. Terms, schedule, themes, fees and instructors are subject to change with our without notice.

Waiver: By filling out the online registration form, customers give their permission for themselves and/or their children to participate in our classes and/or activities and also agree to hold Lascaux Academy, the owner, any associate, staff, instructor, contractor, harmless from all liability which may arise as a result of participation in such activities. Students, Parents and/or Guardians of minors give permission to the Owner of Lascaux Academy to use their (or their child's) photos, works of art, and personal information on our website, books, teaching materials, brochures, flyers or other forms or marketing and teaching purposes. Adult students and minors' parents' and/or guardians understand that the classes and activities at Lascaux Academy might involve risk, accidental injury, soiling of clothes, or other incidents and hereby voluntarily assume such risks.

By enrolling your child(ren), students' parent and/or guardian agree to abide to our terms and polices. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
