Summer Camp Fees, Refunds and Policies
By enrolling your child(ren), students' parents and/or guardians agree to abide to our terms and polices. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding to maintain a high-quality learning environment!
* Eligibility for all-day camp tuition: Students must enroll in all-day camps (in the same week) all at once in order to be eligible for all-day camp rate. For example, students must enroll in both morning and afternoon camp of week 3/29 all at once in order to get the all-day camp discounted fee. If a student enrolls in morning camp for week of 3/29 and afternoon camp in week of 4/5, the student is ineligible for the all-day camp tuition. Another example, if a student enrolls in the morning camp for week of 3/29 first, then 3 days later, the student enrolls the afternoon camp of the same week, the students is ineligible for all-day camp tuition, either. * Extended hours: 8am – 6pm ($6 per hour). We only pro-rate extended hour by half-an-hour in the morning; we do not pro-rate extended hours in the afternoon. Students can join our other art class during afternoon extended hours when there are spots available, or read books and relax. Students must decide how many days you need extension hours for before camp starts. We don’t pro-rate hours for extension care; neither do we backdate to refund extension hours.)
