Summer Camp Fees and Discounts

Fees Please note that we give priority to students who enroll in the whole week. When any camp is getting full, drop-in students might need to switch or lose the spots.

Whole week  All-day $390 / Half-day $210   Week 7/1 - 7/3  All-day $240 / Half-day $130   Drop-in All-day $90 / Half-day $50

Extended care  M - F 8-9am ($15 per day, no pro-ration), 12 - 12:30pm, 3:30pm - 6:30pm ($10 per hour) Students can make crafts or read during extended care hours. Extended care is charged by hour (minimum one hour). There's no pro-ration. Parents can pay extended hours separately from camp tuition. Please pay for extended hours and email us which day(s) and hour(s) you paid for one week in advance.

Switching fee : switching camp is allowed with a $5 processing fee. Students are only allowed to switch once. Payment needs to be received before switching.

Late pick-up fee: $10 applies per 15-minute late after 10-minute grace period. Fee is due at the time parents pick up kid(s).

Relaxing movie lunch time!  11:45am – 12:45pm: visual inspiration is very important for artists! We might play selected cartoons or movies during lunch to enhance students’ sense of aesthetics while having fun! Please bring your own snacks and lunch. Water fountain, microwave and limited space in refrigerator available (students are encourage to bring iced bag in your own lunch boxes in case the refrigerator runs out of space).

Discounts  can be combined (maximum $30 per week per student). If family members and friends enroll and make payment on one credit card, you can receive instant discounts. If your kids, relatives, or friends whom you refer enroll and pay on different credit cards separately, please pay full amount first. When students who you referred enroll, we will refund you discounts. Please make notes on your registration form (new students) or email us (current or returning students) who refers you, or whom you refer so that we can track down discounts.

Multiple-week enrollment discount (instant discount): students who enroll more than three weeks (including the third week) get $10 off for half-day camp and $15 off for all-day camp each week. Students must enroll three weeks all at once to be eligible for the multiple-week enrollment discount.

Family discount (discount by reimbursement unless we receive all payment all at once): Sibling discount: 2nd family member gets $10 off for half-day camp and $15 off for all-day camp each week (so is 3rd family member and so forth).

Family discount for week 7/1 - 7/3: $9 off all-day, $6 off half-day (for the 2^ndfamily member on)

Referral discount (discount by reimbursement unless we receive all payment on one credit card all at once): your child(ren) and students whom you referred this year get $10 off for half-day camp and $15 off for all-day camp each week. Applied on new students you refer only. Returning students do not count. Your child(ren) and other students you referred must be enrolled in summer camp this year in order to receive referral discounts.

Referral discount for week 7/1 - 7/3: $9 off all-day, $6 off half-day

Please note that discounts will be charged back in case of any cancellation by your child(ren) or any new student whom you referred that makes your child(ren) lose the eligibility for the discounts.

Cancellation and refund: Shall any camp gets cancelled due to low enrollment, students get full refund.If students cancel any camp for your own reasons, please see below for refund policies:

Cancelled by mid-night 3/31/13: get 100% refund;
Canceled by mid-night 5/31/13: get 50% refund;
No refund for cancellation allowed after 6/1/12.

Refund is not allowed if the camp you register gets full because we reserved spots for you and have to turn away other students.
