We are an approved vendor of  Ocean Groove Charter School. We can open new sessions based on homeschooling students' schedule as long as the minimum is met (minimum 3 to 5 students to open a new class, pending on requirements of each class).

Students that choose to join our annual membership for only $50 per year (per person) are eligible for taking most classes at discounted tuitions (usually save 5% - 20% per month - pending on classes, might not be applicable on seasonal camp or classes specified otherwise). Please consult your educator experts for purchase order in order to enroll in our program. Please read through our class policies on the registration form, fill it out and remit to us by the following methods as soon as you place purchase order (registration form must be submitted before class starts):

Please note that by placing purchase order, students and parents agree to abide to all terms and policies stated on the registration form and/or announced by us through email, letter and/or phone regardless whether students fill and sign the registration form or not.

Please not that Ocean Groove Charter School might not fund the following fees:

1. Annual membership fees (optional $50 per year in order to be eligible for lower tuitions): see the description above, or click fees & schedule for details

2. Text books expenses (for language class)

3. Art supplies fee ($10 per month for art class):

4. Re-enrollment fees $30 (can be waived when students prepay deposit [half monthly fee] out of your pocket for the month that they are going to return after vacation; we will refund students deposit when they return to the class as scheduled). When students need to withdraw from our class for more than one month, students are encouraged to prepay deposit for the month of returning before they withdraw in order to reserve their spots; we will know better about how many students are going to return in which month. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if students decide not to return after they pay.

Please consult your educator experts at your school and us regarding which fees are funded by your school and which ones are not.
